Dr. Herbert D. Greene, 36, of Lexington, Fayette Co, KY, born Dec 23, 1939 in Sandy Hook, Elliott 
Co, KY, son of Dr. Delmaine and Sadie Thornberry Greene, died Nov 18, 1976 in Lexington.  
Survived: besides parents, wife, Mary Lou Rowe Greene, daus, Jackie and Andrea, paternal 
grandmother, Mrs. Amanda Greene, brothers, James Thomas Greene and Charles E. Greene, sister, 
Anita Morton.  Burial: Nov 21, 1976 in the Elliott County Memory Gardens, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, 
KY.
