Randolph Howard, 78, of Sandy Hook, Elliott Co, KY, born Aug 14, 1913, son of the late James and 
Carrie Litton Howard, died Mar 21, 1992 at his home.  Preceded: grandson, Todd Howard in 1982.  
Survived: wife, Hazel Adkins Howard, sons, Jimmy Howard, Billy Wayne Howard, Dale Howard, Randy 
Howard and Tim Howard, dau, Karen Ann Ison, sisters, Mattie Redwine and Loula Sously, 8 gc, 6 
g-gc.  Burial: Mar 23, 1992 in the Howard Cemetery.
