Ellis Ison, 77, of Stephens, Elliott Co, KY, born Feb 22, 1921 in Elliott Co, KY, son of the late Isom and Molly Ison, died Dec 1, 1994 at his home.  Preceded:  first wife, Susie Stephens Ison in 1942.  Survived:  wife, Della Pennington Ison, sons, Frank Ison, Ellis Ison Jr., Robert Ison and Darryl Ison, daughters, Martha Lewis, Joyce Albright, Christine Montgomery, Beatrice Oshner, Glenda Sue Riddle, Gloria Jean Ison and Angela Ison, brothers, Clarence Ison and Floyd Ison, 27 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.  Burial:  Dec 5, 1994 in the Ison Family Cemetery, Malone Funeral Home of Grayson, Carter Co, KY.
