                                  1924-1996

Rachael Rebecca Collier, Nelson, Justice, 72, of South Shore, died Sunday in
Greenup, KY at the home of a daughter.

Mrs. Justice was born April 29, 1924, in Lawrence County, KY a daughter of
Edward Greenville and Joanna Porter, Collier.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charley Nelson, in 1995, and a son
Billie Sparks.

She was a Baptist.

Surviving are her husband Cecil Justice; three daughters, Joann Brown and
Loretta Davis both of Greenup and Mary Hamilton of South Portsmouth; three
stepsons, Cecil Floyd Justice of Wheelersburg, Ohio; Dick Bailey of
Columbus, Ohio; and Thurman Bailey of Portsmouth, Ohio. Two stepdaughters
Helen Wells and Mavis Brown both of South Shore, KY; a sister Gusta Sparks
of Wisconsin; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Roberson Funeral Home at
South Shore by the Rev Glenn Newsome and Bro. Robert Wells. Burial will be
in the Siloam Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday at the
funeral home.

Rachael was daughter of Joanna Porter and Ed Collier. Joanna was daughter of
Francis Reynolds Porter and Rebecca "Becky" Salyers, Porter and great
grandaughter of John H. Porter and Sarah "Sally" Shew, Porter all of Elliott
Co. Ky.
