Gladys Lewis Prichard, 89, of Ellenton, Fla., born at Wrigley, Morgan Co, KY, dau of the late David Lewis and Hannah Hopkins Fannin Lewis, died Nov 22, 1994.  Mrs. Prichard moved from Ashland, Boyd Co, KY to Manatee Co, Fla in 1967 after retiring from teaching.  Preceded:  sister, Isabell Feinstein, brothers, Clyde C. Lewis and Wayne E. Lewis.  Survived:  nieces, Brenda W. Wells, Greta Latham and Lynn Mollohan, nephew, John David Lewis.  Burial:  Nov 26, 1994 in Ellenton, Fla.
