the late Millard and Ina Sparks Barker, died Dec 24, 1995 in Ashland.  Preceded: husband, Russell 
G. Rivers in 1980.  Survived: dau, Pauline Robinson, sister Chloa Waddell, 5 gc, 14 g-gc, 12 
g-g-gc.  Burial: Dec 27, 1995 in the Ashland Cemetery, Ashland, KY.
