The Rev. Sanford B. Rucker, 91, of Ashland, Boyd Co, KY, born April 12, 1899 in Elliott Co, KY, son of the late Jefferson and Clara Belle Artis Rucker, died Saturday at his home.  Preceded:  wife, Etta McDowell Rucker on Oct 26, 1989.  Survived:  sons, Carl G. Rucker and James S. Rucker, daughters, Mrs. Milton (Lelah) Franklin, Mrs. Gordon (Alberta) Duncan, Mrs. Marvin (Letha) Daniels and Ruby B. Carroll, brothers, Leon "Jim" Rucker and Raleigh Rucker, 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.  Burial:  Tuesday, in the Ashland Cemetery, Boyd Co, KY.
