Iris Barker Scaggs, 78, of Martha, Lawrence Co, KY, born Dec 11, 1917 
in Crockett, Morgan Co, KY, dau of the late Travis N. and Mary Susan 
Hutchinson Barker, died Oct 8 1996 at her home.  Preceded: husband, 
Percy J. Scaggs in 1994.  Survived: daus, Betty Sue Sparks, April Voit 
and Diana Salyer, sons, Percy James "Jim" Scaggs, Ralph J. Scaggs and 
Darrell C. Scaggs, sisters, Kathleen Breeding, Alice Hemlepp and 
Dorothy Raney, 17 gc, 13 g-gc.  Burial: Oct 12, 1996 in the Barker 
Cemetery, Crockett, KY.
