Cora Rucker Stapleton, 87, formerly of Burke, Elliott Co, KY, born Sept 27, 1910 at 
Burke, dau of the late Kimbert and Eliza Williams Rucker, died Oct 18, 1997 in 
Chillicothe, OH.  Preceded by husband Roy A. Stapleton in June 15, 1983 whom she 
married on Mar 1, 1935, brothers, Clyde and Perry Rucker, infant sister, Ila Rucker.  
Survived:  sisters, Delphis Gillum, Beulah Sparks and her husband, W.O., and Amanda 
Barker and her husband, Richard, brothers, Willis Rucker and his wife, Mabel and Ollie 
James Rucker and his wife, Evelyn, sisters-in-law, Esta Rucker, Pauline Stapleton, Erma 
Stapleton, Lillie Evans and Midge Stapleton, several nieces and nephews, including a 
special niece, Karen Rucker.  Burial:  Oct 22, 1997 in the Floral Hills Memory Gardens 
Cemetery, Chillicothe, OH.
