Esther M. Williams, 68, of Xenia, OH, born Mar 25, 1926 in Waterloo, OH, dau of Robert and Myrtle Fraley Stephens, died Dec 3, 1994.  She was married to Willard Williams on Aug 30, 1946 and he survives.  Also surviving:  sons, William D. Williams and his wife [Sherry Kay] and Clarence Edward Williams, daughters, Janet Louise Rife and her husband [Donald], Patricia Sanders and her husband [James] and Shelby Fay Meddock and her husband [Michael], grandchildren, Sondra Freeman, Bill Williams, Robbie Rife, Timothy Rife and Ronald David Freeman, great-granddaughter, Stephanie Leann, half-sister, Beaulah Howard.  Preceded:  sister, Opal Stephens, half-sister, Mary Carter.  Burial:  Dec 6, 1994 in the Grape Grove Cemetery, Jamestown, OH.
