Thurmon and Isom all the farming tool and teams after this year, the 3 boys the oil and gas
rights, and Beatrice the spotted cow, and sis Mirtie the cream separator if shw want to come and
get it.

The State of Ohio, Scioto County, Probate Court
     I, the undersigned, Judge and ex-officio Clerk of the Probate Court within and for said
County, and in whose custody the Files, Journals and Records of said Court are required by the
laws of the State of Ohio to be kept, do hereby certify that the foregoing is taken and copied
from the original Last Will and Testament of Mander Adkins now on file in said Court, that is
has been compared by me with said original document, and that is a true and correct copy
thereof.
     IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I hereunto subscribe my name officially, and affix the seal
of said Court, at the Court House in Portsmouth, Ohio, in said County, this 23rd day of
December A.D. 1963.
