The Last Will and Testament of Albert Ison

         I, Albert Ison, of Burke, County of Elliott, and State of Kentucky, being more that
  twenty-one years of age, and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare
  this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils hereto by me
  heretofore made.
       Item I.  I order and direct that my executrix hereinafter named pay all my just
  depts and funeral expenses out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my
  death.
       Item II.  I have previously made gifts to my three sons, Homer Ison, Linville Ison,
  and Elmer Ison, now deceased, either in real estate or personally, and I direct that such
  gifts shall be considered as advancements and shall be their share of my estate.
       Item III.  I have previously made gifts to my four daughters, Blanche Barker,
  Jewell Gillum, Sarah Lou Gillum, and Bessie Skaggs in the amount of One hundred
  ($100.00) dollars, which has been paid out of oil and gas royalties.  I direct that the
  royalties received from the oil and gas interest I own be paid to the above named
  daughters, equally, share and share alike, until each daughter has been paid  Five hundred
  ($500.00) dollars.  After the Five hundred ($500.00) dollars has been paid to each of the
  above named daughters, I direct that the oil and gas interest that I own at the time of
  death go to Sarah Lou Gillum and Frank Gillum, her husband.
       Item IV.  I give and bequeath to Sarah Lou Gillum and Frank Gillum, her
  husband, all of the personal property of every kind and character whatsoever remaining at
  my death.
       ItemV.  I hereby nominate and appoint Sarah Lou Gillum executrix of this, my
  last will and testament, and request that she be allowed to assume the duties of same
  without bond.
       IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal to this
  my last will and testament, at the City of Burke, State of Kentucky, this 10th day of
  March, 1971.

       Signed by Albert Ison, and by him acknowledged to be his last will and testament
  in our presence, sight and hearing, who at his request have hereunto subscribed our
  names as witnesses in his presence, and in the presence of each other, at Burke,
  Kentucky, this the 10th day of March, 1971.

       I, Wilber Clevenger, Clerk of the County for the County and State aforesaid,
  certify that the foregoing Will was on the 6tht day of October, 1973, lodged in my office
  for record, whereupon the same with the foregoing and this certificate have been duly
  recorded in my office in Will Book 1, page 397.
       Given under my hand, this 6th day of October, 1973.
