Heirs of Jonathan P. Moores, Jeminia Moores, John Moores, Jefferson Scrivner, William Morgan Scrivner, Ambrose Marshall Scrivner, John Wesley Scrivner and ketunah Elizabeth Scrivner. The plaintiff Ambrose Wagers states that the above named defendants are the widows, children and heirs at law of Jonathan P. Scrivner late of Estill County, Kentucky, who died some eight or ten years ago in Estill County, Kentucky intestate, that the said Milly Moores is this late widow and since his death has intermarried with the defendant William J. Moores and is now his wife, that Jeminia Moores is the wife of John Moores and they have intermarried since the death of the father of Jeminia the said Jonathan P. Scrivner, all the other defendants are infants. The plaintiff further states that no administrator has ever been granted upon the estate of Jonathan P. Scrivner and his said widow and children been, since his death, residing upon and enjoying the land estate of said Jonathan P. Scrivner deceased, situated in Estill County, Kentucky on the waters of Station Camp Creek, and being the same land deeded to said Jonathan P. Scrivner on the 6th day of April 1835, containing 80 acres by John Richardson and his wife Polly Richardson. Three other parcels of land adjoining the lands purchased of John Richardson. Two pieces he purchased from Martin D. Scrivner but no deed of conveyance has ever been made to said land and Martin D. Scrivner is dead and left the following named persons, his widow and heirs-to-wit, Permilia Scrivner widow, Elizabeth Scrivner, Anderson Scrivner, Joseph Scrivner, Haniah Clements late Haniah Scrivner, Mary Scrivner and David Scrivner. All of whome are now non-residents of Kentucky. Joseph Scrivner Sr., is the administrator of Martin D. Scrivner deceased, and they are all made defendants hereto and required to answer and convey said land to the purchaser in the event of a sale. Sidney M.
