In a 1938 survey by James Simpson & Edgar Erskine Hume, descendants of John Glover, was reported in the Fally, 1996, edition of the Fayette County Quarterly. At least one early survey -- possible that mentioned above -- noted the existence of 20 gravesites. It also has been noted that family letters state Gen. Samuel South, son in law of John Glover is buried here. General South died in 1832 at 65. He was an American Revolutionary soldier.
