Pg 54.   20 Mar 1857
Jane M. Cashington, a woman of color, aged 32 years, 5 feet 
tall. She is a daughter of Ann Body, who was a free woman of color. Said Jane 
was born free in Fayette County. Said Jane is also the mother of Amanda 
Louisa aged 7 years; William Henry aged 4 years, and Julia Bain aged 2 years 
(all present in court). The court issues certificates of freedom to 
all of them.

Adam Green a free man of color, executor named in the last will 
and testament of Moses A. Cashington, deceased. Adam Green took the 
oath of executor as required by law with Leslie Combs as his surety.
