Indenture made 2nd day of March 1869, between Daniel Brink & Mary Ann his wife
of the County of Fayette and State of Kentucky of the first part, and Asa
McConathey of the County of Fayette and State of Kentucky of the second
part...sum of Nine hundred and fifty  03 dollars....tract of land on the
Kentucky River in said County bounded by the Jacks Creek road on the South
West on the North by the lands of H. Oldham - formerly William Bailey,
supposed to contain one hundred and ninety acres and being the same tract of
land on which the said Brink now resides, together with the rights,
privileges, and appurtenances, thereunto belonging....
