We the subscribing legatees of the estate of Samuel Brink, dec'd do
voluntarily agree to and do relinquish our Interest and claim of a certain
negroe Girl by name Sinny a part of the estate aforesaid now in possession of
Martha Brink, late widow of Samuel Brink aforesaid unto Margaret Brink
daughter of Gracey Bradburn to have and to hold the right title, and only
interest to the aforesaid negro unto her and her heirs forever, free from us
our heirs executors etc. forever  Given under out hands and seals this 18th
day of August 1804.
