Brink, Mary E. Brink and Patsy Ann Brink of Woodford County Ky. children & heirs of Elizabeth-Pike dec'd, W.S. Brink and Serelda Brink his wife of Madison County, Martha E. Brink & J.D. Brink her husband of same county children & heirs of Margaret Brink dec'd, Jesse Griffy & Mary Griffy his wife of Fayette County Ky, Peter Griffy & Susan Griffy his wife of Franklin County Ky children & heirs of Sally Ann Pike dec'd parties of the first part and J.J. Davis of Fayette County Kentucky of the second part Witnesseth that in conseration of one hundred & eighty -two ($182.00) cash in hand paid receipt of which by first parties is hereby acknowledged The parties of the first part do hereby sell convey and transfer unto the said second party all their undivided interest in the estate of Samuel Pike dec'd being an undivided 7/12 of __ tract of land lying and being in the County of Fayette & State of Kentucky & bounded as follows: on the north by the lands of Mrs. R. Birkley on the east by the lands of the said J.J. Davis, on the south by the Kentucky River & one the west by the lands of the said J.J. Davis, and being a part of the land owned by Samuel Pike dec'd in his lifetime and for a more particular description of which see deed Book No. 11 page 247 Fayette County Court Clerks office said above described land was inherited by first parties as heirs & descendants of the said Saml Pike dec'd. To have and to hold the said property unto the party of the second part his heirs and assigns forevery and said parties of the first part hereby release all their right title and interest in said property including the Homestead Exemption allowed by law, and covenant to warranty - generally the property hereby conveyed.
