Benjamin Robinson [Sr] to his heirs, 10 July 1820

Memorandum of agreement made and entered into between Benjamin Robinson of
the County of Fayette and Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part and
Polley McCann the heirs of Nancy Mitchell deceased begotten of her body
John Robinson Benj Robinson James Robinson Charles Robinson Martin Moor and
Boswell Mitchell heirs of said Benjamin of the other part, Witnesseth that
for and in consideration of the Sum of five hundred Dollars paid annually
to him the Said Benjamin during his natural life hereby sells to the heirs
aforesaid negro man named Sam and Manuel and Jacob a boy named Dick a woman
Agness another named Milley a boy named Anderson and Maria Sela Eliza Jane
and Sally girls also two thirds of the tract of land whereon said Benjamin
now lives bounded by John Robinson, Joseph Robinson Stephen Franklin and
James Robinson together with all the horses, cattle, sheep, hogs, house
hold kitchen and farming utensils, except that which Agness Robinson wife
of Said Benjamin possessed previous to their marriage which property him
the said Benjamin hereby obliges himself to warrant and forever defend to
them the heirs aforesaid from the claim or claims of every person persons
whatever claiming by or through him or his heirs and no others; as witness
our hands this 10th day of July 1820

Fayette County clerk's office towit October 3rd 1820
        This Article of Agreement between Benjamin senior his son Charles
and others was produced to me the clerk of the Court for the County
aforesaid on the 10th day of July 1820 and acknowledged by said Benjamin
Robinson senior and James Robinson and on the 19th of the same month and
year by Polly McCann and said Charles Robinson on the 29th of August 1820
by Boswell Mitchell for himself and the heirs of Nancy Mitchell deceased on
the 8th of September 1820 by John Robinson the 11th of the same month and
year by Martin Moore and on this day by Benjamin Robinson jr all parties
thereto to be their act and Deed for the purpose therein mentioned and the
same thereupon truly recorded in my office
