Warrent #2823 Fayette County On the south side of the north fork of Licking Creek and bounded to wit, beginning at the mouth of a small branch at a mulbury and elm corner to Joseph Farrow's preemption thence with the line of the said preemption south twenty nine degrees west three hundred and twenty poles to an ash and white oak tree on the east two hundred eighty two poles to two sugar trees thence north twenty nine degrees east three hundred and four poles to a beech and ash on the bank of the said creek then down the meanders of the same to the beginning.
