Lee Edmund Lee Fayette County, KY Book 11, Page 515 FHC #0272815 Beverley Randolph Esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia To all whom these presents shall come Greeting Know ye that by virtue & in consideration of a Land Office Treasury Warrant No 8876 Issued the 12th day of November 1781 There is Granted by the said Commonwealth unto Richard B Lee and Edmund Lee Assignees of Richard Lee, a certain tract or parcel of land containing One thousand two hundred and sixteen acres by Survey bearing date the third day of April 1786 lying and being in the County of Fayette on the North side of main Licking and bounded as followeth To wit Beginning at the upper corner of his former Survey of Three (?) hundred and sixty one acres at a Sugar tree and ash thence up said Licking and bending (?) thereon South forty degrees West eighty poles North thirty degrees West ninety two poles South eighty five degrees West one hundred and seventy poles South twenty degrees West sixty two poles South fifty degrees West ninety poles, South ten degree East one hundred and ten poles West fifty six poles South thirty seven degrees West one hundred and forty six poles South twenty five degrees East eighty poles South sixty degrees East two hundred and forty poles, South eighty degrees East one hundred poles to three (?) Elms North twenty eight degrees East three hundred and fifty poles thence North sixty two degrees West one hundred and fifty poles to the Beginning with its appurtenances. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Richard B. Lee and Edmund Lee and their Heirs forever. In Witness whereof the said Beverly Randolph Esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia hath hereunto set his hand and caused the lesser Seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Richmond on the twenty third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and Ninety and of the Commonwealth the fifteenth.
