Crouch Charles Offutt Crouch, 81, of 415 Holiday Road, died at 7:30 p.m. yesterday at a local nursing home after a long illness. A native of Salt Lick he was a son of the late Thomas and Sarah Booth Crouch. He was a general superintendent for the Texas Pipeline Co., Houston, Tex. for 41 years before retiring in 1951. He was a member of the Christian Church. Survivors include his wife Mrs. Dorothy Fleming Crouch, two sisters, Mrs. Ollie (Blanche) Adkinson, Sharpsburg and Mrs. Sam (Minnie) Wilson, St. Petersburg Fla., and two brothes, Everett Crouch, North Middletown and Ernest Crouch, Mt. Sterling. The body was taken to the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home. Additional Comments: Buried in Hillcrest Memorial Park Lexington, KY.
