Rider Investigations In Counties Of Kentucky
 
Mt. Sterling, Ky., Jan. 31 -- In addition to the court of inquire sitting
at Owingsville, the grand juries here and at Flemingsburg are endeavoring to
ascertain the identity of the party of twenty night riders who warned and
threatened more than a dozen tobacco growers in Bath and Fleming counties,
directing them neither to sell nor plant more tobacco.
