Doyle of Flemingsburg, Fleming County, Kentucky, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament, to-wit: First:-All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be duly paid. Second:-I give to my son Daniel W. Hurst the sum of one dollar ($1.00), to my grandson, John Thomas the sum of one dollar ($1.00). All the rest and remainder of my person property whatsoever I give devise and bequeth to my daughter, Mary S. Carpenter to have and to hold to her my said Daughter and to her heirs forever. Third: I nominate and appont Edward Carpenter to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of July 1906 Ann E. U.C. Royse M.T. Doyle At a Court held for Fleming County, Dec 23, 1907, an instrument of writing, Purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Annie W. Doyle was on this day produced in open Court and proven by the oath of U.c. Royce and M.T. Doyle, the two attesting winesses thereto, that said Wxecutris signed and acknowledged said instrument in their presence, that they each attest the same as winesses at the request fo the Testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other and that at the time of makin said Will the Testatrix was of sound mind and memory.
