Born in Wayland Kentucky February 27,1919 to Walter S. Martin and Mary Ellen 
Cox Martin.Educated in the Wayland schools.June 29,1939 , she married her 
husband of 63 years, Clarence A. Webb. She had three sons ,Clarence A Webb 
Jr., Walter Scott Webb, and Phillip Rodney Webb.
