Hamilton Journal Newspaper
Born Heiller Kentucky December 13,1919 to Albert and Allie Stanifur Webb. He 
was educated in the Wayland schools.On June 20,1939,he married his wife of 63 
years ,Jessie Lee Martin. He had three sons ,Clarence Albert Webb Jr.,Walter 
Scott Webb, and Phillip Rodney Webb.He will be buried next to his wife in the 
Milville Cemetery, Millville,Ohio.
