Pleads Guilty To Having Nine Hundred Quarts
   Frankfort, Jan. 31 -- Isaac Miller, in whose garage near Lexington
federal officers seized 900 quarts of whiskey surrendered here, pleaded
guilty to unlawfully possessing liquor and was held under $500 bond.
