NOBLE & NAY, 1828 - Franklin Co

This shall oblige us our heirs etc to be held and firmly bound unto the 
Commonwealthof Kentucky in the Just and full Sum of L50 for the payment of 
which we bind ourselvesour heirs etc Jointly & Severally   Given under our 
hands and Seals the 1st day of August September 1828 Rendered however upon 
Condition there Shall be no Lawful Cause to Obstruct the marriage of Joseph
Noble and Sarah Nay daughter of James Nay the said Noble being 21 years of 
age her father having appeared and gave his consent thereto Then this 
obligation to be void Else to remain in full force and Virtue
