   Miss Minnie Winston Batsel, former Fulton resident, who
celebrated her 100th birthday last February, dies at home of
niece, Mrs. John Long in Miami, Florida.

  Leader congratulates Mr. And Mrs. James Wilson, Fulton, 
on the birth of a son, Walter Ray, December 18, 1961 at the
Fulton Hospital.

  Also congratulations to Mr. And Mrs. B. Mott Jones, of
Memphis, on the birth of a son, William Ryan on December
18, 1961.
