1953 in Fulton from Fulton Daily Leader by Eunice Mitchell November Fulton voters cast only six ballots against an amendment to the state constitution concerning the distribution of school funds. City and county officials were elected without opposition in the general election. Approximately 2000 people visited the opening of the remodeled Fulton Bank.
