Edna May Asbell , 83, a resident of Rt.4, Fulton, the Cayce community, died
June 28,1993, at Haws Memorial Nursing Home in Fulton.

   Born July 11, 1909, in Fulton County, she was the daughter of the late John
Aaron Asbell and Susie Bondurant Asbell. She was a homemaker and a member of the
Cayce United Methodist Church.

   Service were held at 2 p.m., June 30, at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, with the
Rev. Chuck Burns officiating. Burial followed in Ebenezer Cemetery.

   Pallbearers were John Allen, Tom Allen, John Cark Asbell, Shawn Cole, David
Byrd and Glenn Byrd.

   Survivors include two sisters, Margaret Allen of Fulton and Frances Byrd of 
Crutchfield; and two brorthers, Raymond Asbell of Paducah and Fred B. Asbell of
Cayce. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
