Mary Kerwin
   Mary Evelyn Kerwin, resident of Nashville, Ten., formerly of Cayce,
died 1 May 1998 at Nashville Memorial Hospital in Madison, Tenn. She 
was 83.
   Graveside services were Tuesday at Rush Creek Cemetery in Fulton 
County with the Rev. John Williams officiating. Hornbeak Funeral 
Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
   She is survived by two daughters, Jeannine Tree, Los Angeles, Calif.;
and Ivella Kerwin, Hendersonville, Ten.; a sister, Edna Earle Danicek, 
Elgin, Ill.; sevewral nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Neil V. Kerwin.
   She was a retired Sschool teacher and member of Arlington United 
Methodist Church in Nashville.
