Neva Poynor 

MURRAY, Ky.--Services for Neva Williams Poynor, 86, 
of Almo will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Imes-Miller 
Funeral Home in Murray with the Revs. Kendrick Lewis 
and William B. Miller officiating. Burial will be in 
Hickman City Cemetery. 

Mrs. Poynor, a native of Obion County, Tenn., died at 
11:05 a.m. Monday at Murray-Calloway County Hospital. 

She was a retired librarian at Hickman County schools 
and a member of the Kentucky Retired Teachers Association. 
She was a member of Kirksey United Methodist Church. 

Survivors are one son, Wendell L. Poynor of Murray; one 
sister, Lavelle Cochran of Murray; two grandchildren, 
Keith Poynor of Louisville and Kristan P. Looney of Paducah; 
and two great-grandchildren.

Her husband, David Leroy Poynor, and one brother preceded 
her in death. Her parents were Ennis and Ella Marie Partlow 
Williams. 

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
