Taken from THE PADUCAH SUN dated November 26, 2003 Richard "Dick" Cutchin Barclay, 67, of Arlington, died at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2003 at Mills Manor in Mayfield. He was of the Church of Christ faith and attended Bardwell Church of Christ. He was a genealogist and member of Ballard-Carlisle Historical and Genealogical Society and the Hickman Count Historical and Genealogical Society. Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Catherine and David Dubrock of Arlington; five nieces, Mary Lane Sirls of Hardin, Elise Kinsey of Sedalia, Debbie Hooper of Paducah, Terri Mardis of Aurora, and Krista Yarbrough of Arlington; one nephew, Duane Dubrock of Paducah; two cousins, Nancy Tolley of Bel Air, Md., and Rosemay Newman of Gillespie, Ill; 16 great-nieces and nephews; and one great-great niece. Mr. Barclay was preceded in death by one great-nephew. His parents were Lindsey and Mary Cutchin Barclay. Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington. John Myer and Rob Key will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery. Friends my call after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.
