Tom Spicer, 90 HICKMAN, Ky. -died 8 July 2004

  Graveside services for Tom R. Spicer, 90, of 
Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Hickman, will be at 
3 p.m. today at Hickman City Cemetery. The Rev. 
Henry Callison will officiate. Mr. Spicer died 
at 8:25 p.m. Thursday at the Veterans Affairs 
Hospital in Memphis. 

  He was an Army veteran of World War II who 
had attained the rank of sergeant. He was of 
the Baptist faith. 

  Surviving are one nephew and five nieces. 

  He was preceded in death by one sister and two 
brothers. His parents were Roy and Haley Spicer. 

  Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Strong 
Funeral Home.

Note from Jackie:  Tom Spicer was the brother of 
Mary Spicer Hodges', Kevin's grandmother.
