(Bill) Freeman, 56, former Fulton resident, were held Sunday September 6, 1959, at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church here, with the Rev. John D. Laida, pastor and Rev. Howard Hayworth of Sharon officiating. Burial was in Obion County Memorial Gardens with Sharon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Freeman who was a barber, lived in Fulton for several years and was a native of Weakley County. He had made his home in Flint, Mich. For about 26 years. Survivors include his wife, Mildred; stepdaughter, Mrs. William Long of Fulton, Ky. Two step-grandchildren, parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Freeman of Sharon, Tenn. Two brothers, Charles of Colorado City, Texas and David of Tell City, Ind. Two sisters, Mrs. Robert L. Gardner of Sharon, Tenn. and Mrs. Clyde Strawbridge of Lubbock, Texas. Pallbearers were, Jack Lowe, Ernest Lowe, Carman Freeman,jr., Leland Adams, Nelson Tripp amd Pete Green.
