Fulton, Ky., Fulton Co., State of Kentucky For and in consideration of One Hundred and Five Dollars cash in hand paid, I C. W. Fowler do this day bargain, sell and by this deed of general warrenty do convey to J. M. Anderson his heirs and assigns, lot No. 60 of the C. W. Fowler addition to east Fulton, Ky., said lot fronting 86 feet on the east side of Maple Street, them east 180 feet to an alley and fronting 85 feet on the west side of said alley, thence 180 feet west to Maple street, I C. W. Fowler do state that I an lawfully seized of the above lot of land havew a perfect right to sell and convey same and do so free from all incumbrance agree to defeat the title to same to said Anderson his heirs and assigns. Collins a Notary Public, duly commissioned and qualified as such in and for said County and State, appeared Charles W. Folwer who is known to me to be the same person whose name is subscribed as grantor to the foregoing deed to J. M. Anderson and he acknowledged that had signed, sealed and delivered the said instrument of writing as his free set and deed, for the uses and purposes therein expressed, and wish not to retract the same, and was willing the same should be recorded. All of which is certified to the proper office for record.
