Will of Josiah Hays Blair

   In the name of God Amen. I, J.Haze Blair being of advanced age and feeble 
in body but of sound mind do make and subscribe to this my last will and
testament.

   First, I want to be buried in Fairview Cemetery, Fulton, Kentucky on the
Frank Brooks lot which is No. 14, Section B, Block 10.

   Second, After the payment of all my just debts and liabilities and funeral
expenses including a Granite Marble Monument for myself and wife to be selected
by my family, said monument not to cost more than five hundred dollars with 
such inscriprion as my family may see proper to put on it. Said inscription 
to be in large deep plaine letter that can be read by old deficient eyes like
mine.

   Third, I hereby will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah Adella Blair the
remainder of my estate, both real and personal touse and enjoy with full power 
to sell and convey any real or personal estate which I may own at my death and 
whatever shall remain of my estate at the death of my wife be equally divided 
between my lawful heirs.

   Fourth, I hereby appoint and constitute my beloved wife Sara Adella Blair my
lawful Executrix, to execute this my last will without bond, with full power to 
sell and convey any personal or real property I may own at my death.

   Fifth, And I hereby especially request that she be not required to file any
inventory of my estate or be required to make any report to any Court or Courts
whatsoever. Attest this 13 day of February 1914.
