WILL of Martha E. Chambers Fulton Co., Kentucky Will Book #1, page 426 ************************************* I, Martha E. Chambers, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. 1st - I wish all my just debts and funeral expenses paid out of my estate first. 2nd - I hereby give, will and bequeath all of my estate real, personal and mixed of all kinds whatsoever to my beloved nieces Edith Palmer and Mary Palmer equally, and should either die without issue then the whole estate to go to the survivor. Now, I further direct that T. N. Smith take charge of the entire estate as Trustee of said Edith Palmer and Mary Palmer and keep same till they shall become twenty one years old, unless they should be need of food, clothing or schooling, then said trustee to furnish such things as is necessary for their comfort and education. 3rd - It is further my will that in the event that the said Edith and Mary Palmer should die without issue then my estate is to pass to me beloved nephew E. H. Hay and my niece Martha E. Howard, equally. In testimony of all of which I Martha E.
