Breeden This Indenture made and entered into this 3rd day of June 1861 between Joel Knox whose Mother was Elizabeth Breeden and who married Isaac Knox the said Elizabeth being the Sister of Andrew Breeden decd Now in Consideration of the Sum of $25.00 in hand paid to the said Joel Knox by Elisha Breeden the said Joel Knox and Eves A. his wife have this day granted bargained and sold unto the said Elisha Breeden all the right title interest Claim and demand of in and to both the real personal and Mixed Estate that in any wise descended by Heirship devise or otherwise to the said Joel Knox from the said Andrew Breeden decd which is in the State of Kentucky. To have and to hold the same unto him the said Elisha Breeden his Heirs and assigns forever. The grantors herein warranting the property hereby Conveyed free from the Claim or Claims of all and every person or persons Claiming or to Claim the same whatever. In testimony whereof the said Joel Knox and Eves A. Knox his wife have hereunto set their hands this date above written.
