Breadin & Others; DEED; Joseph Satchwell This Indenture made and entered into this 4th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty six by and between William Breedin, John Breedin & Sarah Jane his wife, Judith Fulton and John M. Gardner and Mildred his wife formerly Mildred Breedin of the County of Gallatin and State of Kentucky of the one part and Joseph Satchwell of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Breedin &c for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred and twenty one dollars to be paid by the said Joseph Satchwell the receipt of which they do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold aliened and conveyed, and by these presents do bargain sell alien and convey to the said Joseph Satchwell all that tract or parcel of land situated and being in the County of Gallatin on the waters of Stephen's Creek. Bounded as follows: Beginning at a planted rock, corner to Elijah H. Jacobs, thence N by E 97 poles and six links to a beech, thence S 29 E 86 poles to a beech and planted stone corner to Thos. Carlisle, thence S 70 W 97 poles and six links to a planted stone in Carlisle's line, thence N 20 W to the beginning containing fifty two acres, one rood and eleven poles. The said party of the first part bind themselves to warrant and defend the title to the above described tract of land to the party of the second part with all and singularly the appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, free from the claim of all and every person whatever. In testimony whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto subscribed their names and affixed their seals this day and date above written. William S. Breadin & others to Joseph Satchwell was produced to me in my County and on the 11th day of March 1846 acknowledged by John and Sarah Jane his wife, Absolem Breadin, Judith Fulton, John M. Gardner and Mildred his wife to be their act and deed, and on the first day of July 1846 acknowledged by Elizabeth Breedin wife of said Absolem Breadin to be her act and deed. And the said Sarah Jane Breedin Elizabeth Breedin and Mildred A.
