Knox of the County of Gallatin State of Kentucky of the first part and Elisha Breeden of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of Twenty Five Dollars in hand paid The Said Newton A. Knox hath this day and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell alien and Convey to the Said Elisha Breeden all the right title, interest, Claim and demand of in and to all the Real Personal and Mixed estate that in any wise descended by heirship or by devise or otherwise to the said Newton A. Knox from Andrew Breeden deceased which may be in the State of Kentucky. To Have and to Hold the Same unto him the Said Elisha Breeden his heirs &c forever and the Said Newton A. Knox for himself his heirs &c do Covenant to the Said Elisha Breeden his heirs &c do Warrant the title to the undivided interest hereby Conveyed free from the Claim of all persons forever.
