An Instrument of writing was exhibited into Court purporting to be the last will 
and Testament of John Hubbard dec'd and proved by the oath of John Merrit and 
Benjamin Schooler subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.  
Moses Hubbard one of the Exors therein named came into court & took the oath 
req'd. by law and with Benjamin Schooler his security executed and ack'd. bond 
in the penalty of $2500 cond'd. as the law directs.
Or'd. that John Merrit, Hugh Logan, [Will Schooler crossed out], Thomas Kennedy 
and Oliver Terrill or any three be and they are hereby app'd. to appraise the 
Estate of John Hubbard dec'd and that they report &c.
