We Esom Huffman, Hugh Huffman, and Edmund Huffman (three of the Heirs of Henry Huffman - Deceased) do by these presents sell, alien, and convey to William Marksbury all our interest and shares (being undivided) in tract of land lying in Garrard County on the waters of Sugar Creek adjoining to the farm owned by said Marksbury which was descended to us from our said Henry Huffman (deceased). To have and to hold our said shares and interest in said land to him the said William Marksbury and his heirs against the claim or claims of all persons claiming by or through us. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this 28th day of January, 1832. Esom Huffman Hugh Huffman Edmund Huffman State of Kentucky Garrard County Circuit Court I, James Lechter, clerk of the county court, in and for the county aforesaid, do certify that the foregoing deed of conveyance from Esom Huffman, Hugh Huffman, and Edmund Huffman to William Marksbury was produced to me in my office on the 28th day of January, 1832 and acknowledged by said Huffman's to be their act and deed for the purpose therein mentioned and the same together with this certificate is truly admitted to record.
