OBIT: Eloise Brown, 2003, Garrard Co. & IN From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 18 April 2003 LANCASTER -- Services for Eloise Metcalfe Brown, 80, of Paint Lick will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Gary Thurman. Burial will be in Paint Lick Cemetery. She died Wednesday at her home. Born July 9, 1922, in Garrard County, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. and Isabell Parsons Metcalfe. She was a retired lab technician, having worked at Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Mount Tabor Baptist Church, a Kentucky Colonel and the widow of Harry Brown. Survivors include cousins. Pallbearers will be Gerry and Wendell Metcalfe, Jason Speake, David and Marvin York, Rodney Agee and Heath Turner.
