Burial will be in Lancaster Cemetery. He died Tuesday at Garrard County Memorial Hospital. Born March 19, 1933, in Lincoln County, he was the son of the late Robert S. and Lily Wade Vaught. He was a master auto body repairman for 40 years and a member of Lancaster Nazarene Church. He served in the Army during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Almedia Bolton Vaught; a daughter, Monica Vaught West of Lancaster; a sister, Margaret Wade Teater of Stanford; and a grandchild. Pallbearers will be Bobby Hall, John Aldridge, Russell Hester, E.J. Hasty, David Bolton, Caywood Metcalf, Harvey Reynolds and Sam Miller. Honorary pallbearers are Ray and Donald Grubbs, Tommy Teater, Ricky, Mike and Keith Bolton, Bruce Prewitt and John Davis. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Thursday.
