Sealed and dated this 4th day of August 1828. The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas there is a LICENSE about to issue for a MARRIAGE shortly intended to be had and solemnised between the above bound Enos Withers and Mahala Ison Now, should there be no just cause to obstruct the said MARRIAGE, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
