Recorded by ???????Clerk Book D. Vol 2 Page 7 State Of Kentucky Grayson County Sct. On this the 25th day of March 1852, personally appeared before M AC M Beath an acting Justice of the Peace in and for the county and State aforesaid Benjamin O. Fulkerson, who being duly sworn according to Law, doth on his oath make the following declaration in order to obtain the benefit of the Act of Congress passed (4th July 1836 Towit: that he is the administrator of the estate of Margaret Fulkerson deceased who was the wife of John Fulkerson dec'd, who made a pension under the act of Congress passed 7th of June 1832 at the rate of Eighty Dollars per annum. That he being the aforesaid Margaret and John Fulkerson were married in the year seventeen hundred and seventy four (1774) He must respectfully ask that her aforesaid claim may be allowed, and that the certificate evidencing the same may be enclosed to his Attorney E. S. Bruni? Of Elizabethtown Ky. That the aforesaid Margaret Fulkerson did on the 29th day of January 1839 (eighteen hundred and thirty nine) and let seven children whose names are as follows Peter, Phillip, James, Polly McGrew, Sophia Richardson, Margaret Richardson & Phebe Harris who are her only living Children. Edwin Thomas Clerk of the county Court for the county aforesaid, do certify that it has on this any satisfactory Append to me that Margaret Fulkerson the widow of John Fulkerson (who was pensioner of the United States, at the value of Eighty Dollars per anium, and died on 15th day of January 1835) desd on the 29th day of January 1839 , and left seven Children towit Peter, Phillip, James, Polly McGrew, Sophia Richardson, Margaret Richardson & Phebe Harris, who are her only living Children, and that Benjamin O. Fulkerson is the administrator of her estate.
