Hultz, 51, years old, Fisher, Breckinridge county, married Miss Eliza A. Duggins, 42 years old, of the same county, at Fisher. Mr. Hultz is only three feet, six inches high, weighs eighty-five pounds and claims to be the smallest man in Kentucky. The bride is four feet six inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. Mr. Hultz has served as deputy county court clerk for several years, and as magistrate and is the postmaster at Fisher at present.
