1799 for William Lee assee of Jacob Sandusky two hundred acres of Second
rate Land in Green County on the head of Smiths Creek the waters of Obeys
River.  Beginning at a walnut and Elm then South 30 Degrees East 179 Poles
to a black oak and Dogwood then North 60 Degrees East 179 Poles to a hickory
Dogwood and Ash then North 30 Degrees West 179 Poles to a Stake then South
Sixty Degrees West Joining Dixons Claim 179 Poles to the Place of Beginning
